2338 "Betty-Boop like song" over 2-way traffic. Really hard to copy OM voice in English with the 2 way QRM.
2342 sounds like 80's rock, followed by a siren?, then back to song.
Signal at S9 but co-channel  makes it hard to make out speech for an ID

All I got was the siren over the spanish stations then nothing...... Central New York state
