1454: YL in RR w/short test/tune-up; into 5,3,7 @1500; 5-digit paired groups @1504; off @1506; mode is known to be H3E (USB + carrier); the AM component could be heard, but no too well; SIO: 353; via University of Twente, Netherlands SDR.
