1217: Hrd w/ 4-digit single groups; signal weak; recorded in USB so not 100% sure of actual mode; station has been reported using AM, USB, and USB + carrier; SIO: 252, via University of Twente, Netherlands SDR (first time hrd live but wasn't home to check if it could be hrd on Excalibur).

It is not uncommon for AM only stations to be reported in other modes.  People might, for example, tune to it in USB and never check the other mode, and then report it that way.
