Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
Due to adulteration of the E.N.I.G.M.A. "designators" by others and not a match in the Conet Project they are never used.

This CW (15916 kHz) appeared to be co channel and unrelated to E11 to me.  It was active well before the scheduled E11 start time and continued for at least a couple of hours off and on.  The CW would run for several minutes, sometimes 15+ minutes, then pause for a while.

The CW appeared to be Russian Morse characters.  I would think, based on the format, that it was likely Russian mil, possibly Navy.  I never got a good callsign I could tie to mil though.  The CW seemed to be hand sent as the spacing between groups / words seemed inconsistent, although the letters were nicely timed.

Thanks Token. I hoped that M03 had returned, but alas ;-)
