Hearing a drum beat, then race car accelerating? I was able to zero beat this, so maybe AM with no LSB component (I don't know if there is such a thing...hmmm...the "carrier" was a little wobbly sounding. Sounded like a dance tune of some sort.
2308 UTC Lost in the noise or OFF?

I checked the SDR recording, and sure enough, I had this as well, in AM mode, from 2300 sign on.
Dead carrier until 2304 when the music started. I recognized the tune, but don't know the title.
Off at 2308.
