This one was provided by a Priyom.org member who kindly posted a link on the IRC.  I do not know the location that this was recorded from but it was the same day as my partial catch via my phone on the University of Twente SDR site.  I downloaded it from that link and uploaded to "Drop Box."  The broadcast starts about five minutes into the recording.
