Same heard here on 6930 USB since around 0012z. ID's sound like "Radio Mathesar" (character from Galaxy Quest) or "Radio Magnetar", can't tell for sure.
0031z: ID again, still can't quite copy it clearly enough here to tell whether it's "Mathesar", "Magnetar" or something else.
0039z: Okay, definitely heard the "t" sound on that ID, sounds like "Radio Magnetar"

0045z: Clear "Radio Magnetar" ID, more spacey stuff, Hal 9000 audio bits from "2001"
0111z: Radio Magnetar sign-off ID.
