2003z "Radio Azteca"...signal, reception varying widely from just barely audible to near perfect
2007z  Rocky/Bullwinkle theme, FCC will come, sign off

SIO 422 at 2001z. Seems like there is a second station on 6925 also? I think Azteca is on 6925.18 kHz. The other station is on 6925.0 kHz.

I'm using PL-600, only getting RA.  Strongest reception seems 6924 but I'll follow your lead.
