4102.410 KHz Windy?
« on: May 06, 2016, 2336 UTC »

Not likely it is a beacon but I have a signal peaking 25 Db over the noise floor. it will interrupt the carrier briefly every two seconds for a while then it had about thirty seconds of carrier without interruption. Back to the long dashes now.

Listening to it now maybe it is Windy. Frequency has drifted down to 4102.334 KHz

Now is has periods of quiet and then a few beeps. Then maybe more as if the wind is picking up speed?

Still I have not yet heard what I recognize as a CW letter W identifier.

Can anyone else hear this one?

4102.330 KHz Windy? Good signal. Appears to be sending single Morse letters with long spaces inbetween, unsure of pattern.
