Heard here on the SDR recording from 0131 UTC with an old recording of a spy numbers station (YL with numbers) over top of music.

I had slightly better copy here, but I don't think there was actually an ID there.  Seemed to be audio from episode 8 of the 'Salad Fingers' short film (google it), along with bits of ham radio recordings and various other noises and music, and possibly even a bit of Yosemite Sam.

edit: after listening to the repeat broadcast, I believe there actually is an ID there, but it has an accent (possibly non-english name) that these Kentucky ears just cannot decipher.
