12.235MHz CW?
« on: June 09, 2016, 0054 UTC »
Been tuned to 12.235MHz CW with a lengthy transmission around 15wpm, borderline copy at 339 report hampered with static crashes, transmission of around 15 minutes.  Maybe maritime weather?  Can any one help with a possible ident. 0005-0020z continuous, then off.  Jack  ???

Thanks JCM, I tried Google and nothing came out of it, hence the enquiry here, good work.  The band is open to Asia and the Pacific at that time so you are probably spot on the money...Jack.

Thanks LG.  I found one hit on google, the others came from the UDXF group on yahoo.  Lot's of good info there.

Yes, the Indonesian Navy send bulletins and operational messages on this freq, often with the callsign P50, however other calls are also used.
