Voice of Korea, 11710 kHz, 2 July 2106, 1500z

This frequency has been silent for a couple of weeks - must have been a serious problem with this particular transmitter tower. But it's back today. Typically high noise floor for the time of day in my location (3 1/2 hours past sunrise).
Denver, CO.
SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.

Listing them all would be useful for comparative purposes.
Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
