As others reported.

I had great difficulty tuning in without distortion.  I first heard the BC at 0208 and it was not until 0218 that I found a sweet spot where the music was listenable.  The signal was gone at 0224.

The 0345 SSTV has smaller text above the "RFF Radio" text which is hard to read but may be "Radio Free <Furry?>"
