UNID 6930 USB SIO 2/2/2

0303: Just turned on radio and heard an unknown track

0304: Off the air

Based on refmo's post I believe we heard 2 different stations. I am pretty sure the station I heard was on USB and went off the air at 0304. He indicates Radio Illuminati signed on at 0311.

Heard here for about a minute at 0303 UTC, seems to be in USB mode, as I could not hear audio on the LSB, but there was also a carrier present at 0303, adding to the confusion. So not sure if two stations involved, or three!

I missed the usb signal, but had a strong carrier with no audio when I first tuned in at about 0305 which turned out to be Illuminati -- maybe A.C. can chime in if he did the USB before putting the carrier on.  Sorry if I hijacked the original topic.
