5185 SC Dasher
« on: May 18, 2010, 0043 UTC »
I can barely hear the SC Dasher underneath
a 20 wpm five character code group station.
Hopefully this station sending code will disappear
soon because from central Florida the frequency
is wiped out by this strong signal.
Does anybody know the origination of this station.

Logging it very strong at 0035 UTC 5-18-10
This stations code group format momentarily
changed to more than five letters for awhile at
0039-0040 UTC Now back to five character
groups... ??? It remains very strong well above
the noise at +10 over S-9 on the TS870s receiver.

For what it's worth, I've got the morse weakly on my attic-loop wire antenna in between 5185's beeps.  It probably needs a recharge, as it's been running for more than a week.
