WNPP 6930 AM 0022 UTC 24 Sep 2016
« on: September 24, 2016, 0023 UTC »
Looks like DSB or over-modulated AM on the SDR waterfall? Some distorted audio if tuned in USB or LSB.

Checking the SDR recording, sign on was 0020, there was an ID by a YL at 0021 as "No Post Pirate Radio WNPP"
0044 "You're listening to WNPP, No Post Pirate Radio, broadcasting from heart of the great plains."
0126 Off?

Not sure if it was due to QRM or distortion, but unfortunately the broadcast was mostly unlistenable here.

S9 at peaks here in Chicago - DSB with a hint of vestigal carrier (?)

0018 - UNID music noticed on frequency

0021 - There may have been an ID by YL, but did not get it fully
YL mentioned pirate, maybe a call sign "WNCT" (?)
0045 - ID by YL with "This is WNCT (WNCP ?), pirate radio broadcasting from the heart of the great plains"

Thanks for the Show !
