69445U, 0159, 10.2.16.  Dead Kennedys.  I didn't hear the SSTV under until the end of the song, then off fairly quickly.

Heard the DK's and the SSTV. My copy was decent but as usual, myteaquinn has a great image so no point in uploading. I could hear RFF Pirate Radio underneath the SSTV when it was going out.

This thread is for the UNID that played Dead Kennedy's then the above SSTV image then went off. RFF is still broadcasting on the same frequency, different station.
