Toynbee 6925u 5/31/10 02:18 sio242, guitar music, then someone coming in over the top talking to "Andy" about a "keyword", more talk about receiving a "code", then more rock guitar music, off around 02:27 with "Andrew, that was for Andrew, this is Toynbee"

I hears em too..lots of static but they are making it into NE Ohio..about s-10 with some fading..

This is interesting, as Toynbee always is. From comments on the FRN, it looks like "Andrew" is Andy Yoder. Toynbee sent him a coded email, which Yoder has been unable to decode.
