Interesting music, sounds like some kind of spoken word with musical accompaniment. S5.

Seems to be 6925.230KHz by my ear.

If I'd just come across this on my own, I might have dismissed it as a Pescadore having fun.  I just heard something about transvestites?  Signal is just barely above the noise floor here in SW Alabama but every now and then it bubbles up and I get a few words.

Edit: SSTV.  I was slow on the uptake.

About an SIO 444. The frequency was 6925.24, based off the SSTV transmission.
