At 10:23:06 on 6431 approx 6 second burst
At 10:23:22 on 6431 approx 3 second burst
At 10:23:35 on 6374 approx 6 second burst
At 10:23:51 on 6374 approx 3 second burst
At 10:24:11 on 6386 approx 6 second burst
At 10:24:44 on 6384 approx 6 second burst
At 10:25:21 on 6318 approx 4 second burst
At 10:26:01 on 6294 approx 6 second burst
At 10:26:17 on 6294 approx 3 second burst

Time: +/- 1-2 Seconds
Frequency +/- 4kHz

That is radar, each burst is in FMCW mode.  Which radar is hard to say, as the waveform is pretty common and impossible to narrow down, but quite possibly JORN out of Australia, it is the best known of the radars with this type of transmission.

WoW! I got one right  ;D

I forgot to add that this was received the hardware and from the location in my Sig.  Software was SDR Console (v3). I'm really surprised that you think it is out of Australia, given my less than ideal antenna location.
