Hartlen Point, NS is also on 298 kHz, 200 baud. Perhaps you have corrupted messages from there?

Possibly, but no valid decodes from there.

Currently decoding todays (Jan 6 UTC). Seeing a lot of foreign ones like this again, just a couple.
