Hearing Shorty at or about 7998.3 KHz, the usual short dashes.  Pretty easy to hear above the local static, with occasional fades to nothing - but it's in most of the time. 

Just showed up around 2235z.

Is Shorty it's official name?  Seems like a good one - I have heard Hiker in the past on 7998.8 or so, and those dashes are noticeably longer.  Makes it easy to tell them apart.
