Jan 16  1330 utc  I was hearing a long dasher with what appeared to be about a 2-3 sec space between dashes..
do to QSB I cannot be sure about the space between dashes.. FREQ. 7998.3 +-

Just some thing of SWls to try and listen for...so many of these things pop up now and then and just disappear all together...

Shorty and Hiker have been the mainstay beacons around 7998.3 Khz for quite a while.
