Sounds like audio from the episode of COPS.

"My radio ripped off" "184, you can open up the channel, we got one detained"

Pescadore QRM and a carrier on 6925.0 [carrier went QRT or faded out around 2130 UTC]

2132 UTC - police radio chatter in background.  Not sure if its part of the show or another station
2148 UTC - QRM from another station running off-frequency or USB
2150 UTC - "Bad Boys" theme music from COPS playing again, with more police scanner chatter
2152 UTC - Police sirens and mentions of a high speed pursuit, lots of radio chatter in background
2213 UTC - Talking about crack pipes and drug residue in the car
2235 UTC - either off/QRT or overwhelmed by QRM :/

At 2121z turned the radio on and the song Bad Boys? was playing. Now sounds like audio from the show Cops. S7+ on the meter.
2135z sounds like scanner traffic in the background. The peskies are taking over the frequency.
