1535 UTC - Fading music S3 signal into WNY, SIO - 222.
1600 UTC - Faint  signal, barely perceptible into WNY.
1941 UTC - Station ID, "CoolAM Short Wave Radio" S7 into WNY with some  fading.    
2158 UTC - Only the Lonely" steady S7 into WNY
2200 UTC - Dead air

1600z Listening on SDR in northern VA. S7-9 signal. Radio Free Whatever ID.
