4724USB up to 23.25UTC 30 Jan 2017 OM slowly live reads letter groups.
Strong signal SIO 434, S2 over noise.

This is the US military HF-GCS (High Frequency Global Communications System).  This is a US Air Force operated and maintained, multi service, communications network.

Primary frequencies of operation are 4724, 6739, 8992, 11175, 13200, and 15016 kHz, all USB mode.  Typically the same message is transmitted on all of those frequencies simultaneously.

I moved this thread from the Spy Numbers forum to this one because while the traffic is definitely coded these messages are military in nature, and generally not grouped with spy numbers transmissions.
