A carrier came up after X-FM signed off
Signal not as strong but at 0334 UTC Shazam locked onto the tune..."A Country Boy Can Survive"-Hank Williams Jr
0335 OFF or faded out?
0340 UTC Hearing some music again....
0345 UTC Switched to USB and signal is clear! "Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing"-Chris Isaak
0347 UTC CW now
0348 UTC "A Country Boy Can Survive"-Hank Williams Jr, and OFF

Pee Wee, 4085 USB, 0337, 2/19/17.  Music came on just after X-FM went off with "Highway song," brief CW that I missed, another song, "Pee Wee" then "PW testing" in CW, another vocal.

Fair - poor with fading - mostly ~ S4
