One of the Russian cluster beacons, I believe.

Thanks for this update. I'll relay the info to the folks over at LWCA.org. There is a HiFER reporting message list on their site, and "D" had come to attention.

Cheers

Ed

I've logged "D", but didn't know what it was.  Is there a thread or list here which identifies these Russian "Cluster Beacons".   ???

Thanks,
Chuck
