Presumed to be CJEU 1670 in Canada @ 0420 UTC. I have been listening to the same 1 second loop of a song for over 10 minutes. At first it was S5 and then dropped down to S1. Stopped recording the video clip after 6 minutes. Was hoping they would correct the problem and I.D. but here we are at 0430 and it's still going strong. Will keep listening for a bit.

0440: Now 20 minutes in and still going strong !
0450: Now 30 minutes in and still the same 1 second loop !
