3 letter NATO calls, could be USN link11 net but they normally use a whole kc.
Conveniently located near Vincennes Indiana.

confirmed mars as far as confirmation can go: at least one operator with full callsign found on the googles. good enough for me to fit the narrative.

sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
