This is nice for keeping UTC visible on your computer screen at all times. I've been using it on XP for years, and I just set it up on Vista, where it works just fine.

This used to be a favorite of mine in windoze, uses next to *no* extra screen real estate, and no memory footprint. Glad to hear it runs on vista!
