The situation on 7200 kHz has been going on for years. It is a  gathering place for hams (grown men) behaving badly.
Location: Western New York ( Niagara Frontier)
Radio :TS480 with RTL-SDR pan-adapter, HDSDR software, Omni-Rig Control, Zenith T/O R600,T600
Antenna: 40m dipole, 20-17-15 meter fan dipole. One of N. Tesla's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production.

Early afternoon, it used to be 14.313 along with 7200. At night, it is 3.840 or 843, usually with the same players. As stated, going on for many years now. Some of the players change from time to time, but always the same ridiculous behavior, what a waste of time.............
Radios -- Perseus SDR // SDRPlay RSPdx // Icom IC-7300 // Tecsun PL-660 // Panasonic RF-5000A --Antennas-- Pixel Pro 1B loop - 82' fan-dipole at 40' - tuned MW/BCB 40" loop and 100' receive only dipole
