Both frequencies active late tonight (after 0345 UTC 22 April 2017) with stations calling CQ, general ragchewing, etc.  Sounds just like ham operators (or freebanders, I know in Latin America the distinction is blurred even more than in North America/Europe).  Some very strong signals
