S3-S4 signal with some minor fading but good signal for this time of day with some minor ute data QRM from 6877.9 or so kHz. 
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m

2126- weak signal and hearing music listening in USB mode
2132- rock music OM vocals  S2 signal now just above noise level

2201:  The carrier is about 20 dB above the noise and while music can be heard, it is very difficult to identify.
