Radio Ronin 6940a 8/21/10 00:37 sio333, quite a bit of static, heard an id at about 00:36, but wasn't tuned in very well at that point, pop music, "God Bless my SUV", comedy routine talking about the appendix, id again at about 00:49 and a bit of fading, "Dancing Queen" at 00:57, lost him after that

S1 carrier about 6940.8 or so at the moment ...

0043z Really weak carrier ATTM ... about all I can hear using the narrow CW filter on the Icom ... less than S1 even ...

Carrier freq works out to be 6940.8 kHz or so.

Still have sunlight here, so there is some hope for improvement in signal strength ...

Pretty decent here, but fading in and out. Rumor has it that this is a QRP broadcast, and I also see a long line of thunderstorms across the midwest.
