0128 UTC - Signal S5 in WNY, heavy static but can make out audio and station ID.

Enough of a signal to know something's there (faint music) but some horrible QRN of some sort is just hammering it. It would likely be copyable (albeit faintly) if it weren't for that.
0143 got antenna positioned and now I'm getting it! A skit is playing out, hard to make out everything being said. Video to follow.
