2250z-2300z: Occasionally hearing unfamiliar music, including what sounds like some Norteno/Tejano style accordion pop song, others closer to polka/zydeco stuff.
2308z: Sounded like computer voice ID, might have been for Outhouse but hard to copy over local RFI.
2315z: Outhouse Radio ID just barely audible.
2320z: Completely faded out now.

SINPO=32322, occasional good peaks well above noise, mostly buried under constant local RFI during signal fades.
That li'l ol' DXer from Texas
Unpleasant Frequencies Crew
Al: Palstar R30C & various antennae
Snoopy: Sony ICF-2010
