Same heard here, just barely above the mud, some kinda music with accordion but couldn't tell if Norteno, Tejano, polka, zydeco or other (they all sound kinda alike except for the language).  Hendrix Star Spangled Banner and Outhouse Radio ID around 1520z.
1522z: More accordion or concertina sounding music.
1524z: More Hendrix, but my Hendrix-fu is failing me, can't remember name of this one.

Yup, almost Oktoberfest time.  Dirndls...
