always saying : short wave short wave, piyou-piyou, paya paya... (or something like that)
till 2359

+/- : about 0.02 offset, ++/-- 0.03/0.04 offset

This was the spur of the Cuban jammer, probably against Radio Marti. It makes weird sounds, and I can see how some of them could be interpreted as words. But there's no intelligence in this transmission. Literally.
