It looks like they started operations around 2145z on 29 July, 2017, with cycled on / off CW on 5100 kHz.  Around 2245z they appeared to have gone into a radar mode of operation, possibly 20 kHz wide, 5 second duration, bursts of 200 Hz rep rate FMCW, still centered on 5100 kHz.  And later back into on / off cycling CW on 5100 kHz.  Most of these CW transmissions appear to have some kind of low frequency audio on them, whether this is intentional or the result of power mains hum is not known, I suspect intentional.

Around 0500z 30 July, 2017, they went to stepped / cycling tones on 5125 kHz.  These are very representative of what was seen in the past from HAARP.

They apparently ended operations sometime after 0820z, my recording ends there and they are still going strong at that point.
