Best current SSTV decoder?
« on: July 24, 2017, 1948 UTC »
Hi folks, I left the building for a while. What is the best SSTV app out now for decoding usually weak SSTV signals?

MultiMode Cocoa of course  ;D http://www.blackcatsystems.com/software/cw-rtty-sstv-fax-psk31-packet-decoding-software.html

Although my iOS app is a close second (same algorithm) https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/sstv/id387910013?ls=1&mt=8&at=11lb5X

Although I'm probably biased, I specifically wrote it to pull out very weak SSTV transmissions. It does a decent job of producing decodes from transmissions that other decoders don't even know were there.
