Starting at 1850 UTC.  I checked this SDR [http://southwest.ddns.net:8073/] originally to check for activity on 26510 kHz 26.510 MHz beacon frequency for Common and Precious III on 26510 and noticed a significant increase in Russian language traffic, in both FM and USB modes, around 26.5 MHz...so I decided to do another SDR log for 11 meters.
