I don't think its an outside temperature problem. At 0052Z, its only 78 deg F (25.7 deg C) in Tiganesti. If the cooling for the 7375 kHz transmitter is broken, that's a different deal.
Even with 7375 at its best (tonight or other times), 9730 does a better job into here.
