Limited listening here but last weekend AZ faded up to a good loud signal for a few minutes ~ 4pm local time (~1100Z)

First logging of this reliable catch for a long time. Let's hope for improving conditions.

PVC is still operational with the same 1/2 wave sloping dipole on the house roof. Walking checks indicate the same readability signals at ~ 1 mile distant.

Thanks for posting  here...I have been trying for PVC...no joy but maybe today...glad to hear it is still up and running...
Sporadic catches make these sub culture part of radio listening and home brewing beacons of such low power make it intriguing.
Not for the SWL that only listens to S9 signals. LOL.

One might have to be a bit crazy to get into Hifers.
