Carrier popped up at 1558 UTC, frequency seems to be right around 6925.81 kHz or 6925.82 kHz [note: seems like there's some drift, see the logs below] Music started right at 1600 UTC.
UTC - Steely Dan - Deacon Blues
UTC - S4-S5 signal with some noise and selective fading
UTC - music seems to be muffled a bit, on the waterfall the LSB is much stronger than the USB
UTC - another fade down into the noise, then back up to S4
UTC - Steely Dan - Peg
UTC - switched to LSB mode on one of the VA remote SDRs and it sounds better in LSB mode
UTC - carrier is slowly drifting down in frequency, started closer to 6925.9 kHz, then hung around 6925.8 kHz, now..
UTC - carrier at 6925.77 kHz or 6925.78 kHz, maybe stabilized a bit?
UTC - another fade, now looking at the carrier on the waterfall but very little readable audio
UTC - bits and pieces of audio, sounds like more Steely Dan
UTC - not sure how to describe the audio, "undermodulated" is the first word that comes to mind
UTC - suddenly clear audio, hearing guitar riffs
UTC - now just a carrier, no audio heard
UTC - OM "Happy Labor Day everyone" - OM thanking for reports, signing off, QRT at 1619 UTC
