UNID Spanish language communications, presumed "peskies"
Frequency appears to be somewhat variable, one station using 6818.3 kHz LSB and the other is off-frequency enough for me to have to 'clarify' him in (closer to 6818.2 kHz).  Tuning to 6818 kHz gives distorted copy on both stations.

Heavier static and noise drowned out QSO or stations with QRT or QSY at 1229 UTC.

Seems like they went QSY.  At 1230 UTC, a new conversation (same stations, or very similar sounding stations) popped up on 6858.5 USB.
