6765 kHz USB SHARES Emergency Management Net 20 Sept 2017

In addition to 6910 kHz USB, hearing more activity on 6765 kHz USB, several MARS-like callsigns and NCSxxx callsigns doing radio checks at 1621 UTC NNX5HA AAA3BW and several other stations running relays.  Like 6910 USB, this frequency seems weaker than normal today.

E5FY coming in very loud at 1622 UTC and 1623 UTC.  Several other stations passing traffic.  Net control NNE55Y (SHARES NORTH) radio weekly radio check, emergency management radio net.
