New dasher 40 meter ham band

I caught a 60 dash/min dasher on 7034 khz at 1134 utc...up above it was those Muslim Butt Pirates...

7034.560 KHz Dasher at + 15 dB above the noise floor

I woke up at 2 AM so I played with the radio a bit. I did check again at 8AM and did not hear it.
