They have fired a lot of sailors over the incidents, but I imagine the Chinese or Russians will come out in the wash, using ais and gps spoofs to cause the crashes, however this still doesn't explain why the watch standers didn't pick up the nav lights on the approaching vessels.

However, the question I ask, with all due respect: WHEN WILL LORAN-C OR eLORAN BECOME OPERATIONAL?

And yes, get back to the basics. How they got away from that... I don't know. But then, I don't know any details, only what's been reported which I believe is lacking.
