1038 UTC Very weak station here with YL talk in Asian language. Sounds like jamming at equal level
(Don't see anything listed for this frequency)
EDIT: I see now this is a Voice of the People frequency

1050 UTC Also heard on 6600 khz with similar level of jamming

1107z Same here, very weak..bursts of talking
